  1. Youre going home? awesome!

  2. I’m psychic.

Someone *just* asked me if I had plans to be in LA on April 10. My answer was “not unless that’s when Ken has a show…”

I’m glad I habitually check this page for updates.

    I’m excited for April!!! Woohoo!

  3. That’s 6 days before my birthday! Blast this whole living in different hemisphere’s thang…

  4. I would start dropping heavy hints to everyone that a plane ticket to California is what you want for your birthday. The cheapest I’ve seen is almost $2k!!

If it’s any consolation, I plan to video tape the show, and I can mail you a DVD.

  5. Ohh, a plane ticket would be sweet! A return from Sydney would set me back around $3,500 – it might be a while before i get there.. haha.

That would be great if you could send me a copy! thanks!

  6. Yay!!! I loved the show at Box Eight. I suspect I’ll love these, too. Also – is there a particular night or nights you’d recommend? Thinking back to my days with live theatre/performance, the first and/or last show of every run tended to have the best energy – do you find that to be the same? I’m actually free on every night it runs…that makes me extremely tempted to go to all of them.

    Suggestions?

  7. Haha, um…I don’t know, going to the show every night might be a little excessive. I would say avoid the first night…go somewhere in the middle or the last show.

Britt…I believe you have a birthday coming up….

  8. I already bought opening night tickets. I like opening nights. But I will be sure to get one in the middle, and the last show – I’m thinking the 19th and the 25th…

And what’s “excessive”? I’ve done shows that ran for two seasons and there’s always someone that catches every single performance. Also, the more shows I see, the more I can video tape, and thus I’ll have more “takes” to edit together when making performance DVD’s. It’s a Win/Win if you ask me.

  9. I do i do i do i do i do i doooooooooo :D

  10. Two days notice is just plain evil, Sir. Lucky for me, I am already planning on being in LA for Ground Control that night, so hopefully I can just tweak my time-line accordingly.

  11. *ahem*

    *motions towards the Calendar*

    *tightens boot laces*

Signed waiver in my possession or not, you can consider this “a kinder, gentler version” of what’s to come.

Now, would you like the ass-kicking to commence with the Left Cheek, the Right, or shall I just surprise you? I do find that an element of surprise tends to yield unpredictable, yet effective results.

    Tick-tock, petit oiseau chanteur…

  12. Just in the nick of time. I will do what I can to try and make it to this show. I know I’ve got family from out of town visiting that weekend, but I could possibly duck out early enough to run down to LA, but no guarantees. Okay there’s one guarantee: If I make it to the show, I will have the Uber Oatmeal Cookies this time, and your tastebuds will never be the same.

  13. After careful examination of your schedule I have found a distinct lack of:

    ” Christmas, 2009

    Flight to Sydney, Australia ”

I can only assume that this is some sort of typo..?
    You’d better get onto that.
